Who We Are

Look, we're not gonna claim we're reinventing architecture or anything. But after working on over 150 projects across BC, we've figured out what actually matters - buildings that perform well, look good, and don't cost the earth. Literally.

Based right here in Vancouver since 2014, we've worked with everyone from families building their first custom home to developers tackling multi-unit commercial spaces.

Residential Architecture

Custom homes, renovations, additions - we've done plenty of each. Every family's different, and honestly that's the fun part. Your home should feel like yours, not like it came from a catalog.

Commercial Design

Retail, office spaces, mixed-use buildings. We've learned that commercial projects live or die on flow and functionality. Pretty's nice, but it's gotta work first.

Sustainable Building Solutions

This isn't a side thing for us - it's baked into everything. Passive heating, smart materials, energy systems that actually make sense. Vancouver's climate gives us some good options if you know where to look.

Interior Space Planning

Sometimes the bones are good but the layout's all wrong. We've fixed that problem more times than we can count. It's like a puzzle, and we're kinda nerdy about it.

Beautiful drawings mean nothing if the build goes sideways. We stay involved through construction because that's when details either come together or fall apart.

Heritage Restoration

Vancouver's got some gorgeous old buildings that deserve better than a wrecking ball. We work with the heritage regs, find what's worth saving, and update what needs updating. It's a balance.

Net-zero ready family home that fits into the neighbourhood without screaming "look at me." Passive solar design, local materials, works like a charm.

Took a 1920s warehouse and turned it into retail + office space. Kept the character, added modern systems, made it work for today's needs.
